  • QISP inspections and observations to identify and record BMPs that need maintenance to operate effectively, that have failed, or that could fail to operate  as intended,
  • REAP preparation of a site and phase specific Rain Event Action plan by a state certified QSP 48 hours prior to any precipitation event with 50% or greater probability,

  • SMARTS manage and maintain permit compliance through the Stormwater Management and Reporting Tracking System,
  • OPT provide onsite personnel training for facility operators, employees, and sub-contractors,
